To our Valued Patients and Friends,

We hope that everyone is having a wonderful 2019. We have some exciting news to share!

For the last decade, we have served you as Sundance Dental Care of Kirtland and Sundance Dental Care of Farmington. However, as of May 1, 2019, we will officially be known as Summit Family Dental!

Drs. Coleman, Rasmussen, Giblette, and their teams will remain the same and will continue to provide the same excellent dentistry and compassionate care you have come to expect. We will keep Summit Family Dental of Kirtland, Summit Family Dental of Cortez, and Summit Family Dental of Farmington locally owned and operated. We are a hometown business, separate and apart from corporate influence which is the best way to ensure we give our patients and community the highest quality care possible. We are committed to remaining involved in our communities and will continue to support local revenue. Our location and contact information will be the same and we will remain in network with the same insurances.

To avoid confusion, we will no longer be associated with Sundance Dental Care of Bloomfield or Sundance Dental Care of Country Club. They have assumed new ownership and have no ties to our businesses.

We are launching our new website (www.simplygreatdentistry.com), Facebook page (Summit Family Dental), and Instagram (@summitdentistry).
